We are the result of social problems impacting people worldwide, often without sustainable solutions. Unlike most NGOs, we focus on fostering a culture of autonomy and sustainability rather than short-term interventions. Our goal is to help developing countries and communities strengthen their healthcare systems in a lasting way. We achieve this through supporting empowerment zones and segmentation strategies.

Our mission is to create sustainable, quality, affordable, and accessible medical care in developing countries, inner cities and vulnerable peoples in rural communities.

Here’s how you can help:

– Volunteer in the US, Africa, and Cameroon
– Contribute in-kind donations
– Make financial donations
– Develop worldwide sister organizations
– Donate medical equipment and supplies
– Offer stocks and other forms of support

A comprehensive approach to initiating and sustaining healthcare in Africa includes preventive care, disease treatment, health maintenance, and sustainability through poverty reduction programs. Educating communities and implementing transparent lifestyle changes to prevent or treat diseases is essential for embedding the changes into their cultural fabric.

From a Public and Global Health perspective, we must reconsider the concept of neighborhoods, as humans are carriers of many infectious diseases, such as HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis. An infected tuberculosis patient in Liberia is, in essence, an infected patient in a Boston neighborhood. Assuming that Liberia is far removed from Boston is a grave mistake.

Mitigating the spread of diseases like HIV/AIDS to protect our communities is a critical aspect of our mission.

Our healthcare strategies draw on economics, law, sociology, politics, health, and healthcare literature reviews, as well as case studies, to propose new strategies for addressing and solving health and healthcare challenges in African and sustaining the changes.
